  • Ce domaine face à l'océan se trouve sur un terrain d'environ 10 000 pieds carrés, avec 130 pieds de la mer. Profiter et partager notre plage avec les tortues de mer hawaïen vert. Vous serez logés à mi-chemin entre Waimea Bay et la ville de Haleiwa, sur récif de la célèbre North Shore surf spot Chun, quatre km de la célèbre plage de coucher du soleil ! La maison fut construite comme la « gare Laniakea » à la fin des années 1800. Nous avons soulevé la maison au-dessus de l'hiver surf sur piliers de ciment grand, large balcon-enveloppe a ajouté et en 2009 a ajouté un spa en bord de mer à l'usage exclusif de nos clients. L'intérieur a été rénové en 2006 et décorée avec des antiquités de partout dans le monde. S'attendre à digital TV avec HBO, cuisine complète, lave-vaisselle, four micro-ondes, laveuse et sécheuse, téléphone, gaz ou charbon barbecue, engins de plage, équipement de plongée, planches de boogie, décapotable planches de surf, kayak et internet sans fil.

    Deluxe Ocean Sunset

    The upstairs of the home was the main building for the train station. It has a large living area and generous kitchen, single private bathroom, master bedroom and open den with additional double bed. There is a wrap around lanai with outdoor dining area. The kitchen, living area and lanai enjoy expansive views of the ocean and the beach. The kitchen has a full size refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave oven. The upstairs master bedroom has two windows facing the road, and air conditioning.

    Oceanfront Bamboo Studio

    The oceanfront bamboo ocean studio is cut into the side of the hill, under the house. It is surrounded on three sides by rocks, and very private. On the northern side, glass sliding doors offer an expansive ocean view, and open onto a large covered patio (lanai), just steps from the beach. The covered lanai is roughly 300sq ft, with an additional 250sq ft of uncovered patio area. There is a hammock and gas BBQ on the lanai, a coffee table, small dining table and chairs. Nearby, a private gated walkway leads to the beach. The hot water yard shower is great to rinse off after swimming.

    Detached Garden Cottage

    The garden pond cottage began it's existence as the smoke house for the Laniakea train station. Pineapple and sugarcane workers set the train station alight while cooking their BBQ lunch, around the turn of the century. They decided that it was better to make fire in a separate structure! Today this is a detached cottage next to the rock wall and highway. It still has the original BBQ in the closet, and the original train station bathroom.
