"I stayed at the Fort Conde Inn this past weekend and it was an absolutely amazing experience. This establishment is absolutely breath taking and the staff are very personable and accommodating. The general manager, Alan, is extremely helpful and has a vast knowledge of Mobile. His suggestions for where to eat and go were all that he said they were. I didn't think there was going to be much to do in Mobile, but Alan was able to show us what a great place it truly is. Jeremy, the cook for breakfast, was also very pleasant. His breakfasts were delicious and timely. If he offers to make an omelette, I suggest the mushroom and cheddar one! My room in the carriage house section of the inn was nothing short of perfection. The bed was very comfortable, I almost didn't want to leave to explore the city. The bathroom was very nice and clean as well. My over all experience at the Fort Conde Inn was surprising and breathtaking. It was surprising because I found out that there is much more to Mobile than being the ninth biggest oil port in the country. It is a city rich with history, friendly people, and southern hospitality. I was so glad to have met Alan and the rest of the Fort Conde staff. They made my experience unforgettable. "
