    Le studio moderne et décorée avec goût (env. 36 m²), avec un balcon orienté Sud-ouest, est situé au 3ème étage (avec ascenseur) d'un immeuble à Munich / Berg-am-Laim. La propriété est située à environ 10 minutes du centre-ville et du Parc des Expositions en voiture. L'appartement lumineux offre une chambre à coucher combinés et d'un salon avec un lit double (180x200cm) et canapé (140x200cm), qui peut être utilisé comme une alternative de couchage. Le studio contient également une table rabattable salle à manger et quatre chaises, une armoire et une télévision (Astra Digital) avec plus de 150 différentes chaînes TV et radio en plusieurs langues. La cuisine est moderne et équipée avec des appareils de qualité supérieure, y compris un micro-ondes. La salle de bain, également très moderne, est équipée d'une baignoire et une douche.

    a home away from home!

    A lovely apartment, well furnished, clean, sunny and very comfortable. We definitely felt like it was our home away from home. Despite not being in the centre of the city, the apartment is well serviced by the underground and trams. We can recommend a great bakery which is 2 stops from the apartment on the tram line 19, heading towards the city centre! Thanks for a lovely stay!
