This 1920 Craftsman Bungalow has been a B&B for 16 years after having been meticulously restored in 1996 by Atlanta architects Meniffe and Weiner. The main floor offers three B&B rooms with private bath while the downstairs offers a self catering, family friendly, private apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, full kitchen, laundry.
The Albert Room features a beautiful brass queen bed, private bath, comfortable sitting area, art deco desk, cable tv with DVD player, Chinese needle point rug, a perfect romantic getaway at an affordable rate which includes a delicious full breakfast.
The Albert room serves as a perfect room for the business traveler with recliner, desk, free wi-fii, private bath, full breakfast and competitively priced.
The Terrace Garden Getaway is a 2 bd/ 2 ba self-catering private apartment smartly furnished in mid-century modern.
The Studio features a queen bed, private entrance and comfortable sitting area with cable tv and DVD player. Private hall bath. Full breakfast and easy on the pocket book.
The Victoria Room is perfect for a couple's romantic getaway with its private balcony overlooking the shade garden, luxurious bathroom with heated towel rack, bidet, and generous jetted bathtub, a zero gravity chair for ultimate relaxation,and private entrance.
The Virginia Highland Bed and Breakfast is nestled in this beautiful cottage garden created by the innkeeper, a Master Gardner. The peaceful rear shade garden features a labyrinth and tea house. The property is an Audubon Wildlife Sanctuary and was featured on the 2004 Georgia Native Plant Society garden tour.

Not wanting to stay in a hotel on my week long visit to Atlanta, I researched B&B's in the Piedmont Park area. WOW! Could not have been more pleased with the location, the feeling of 'welcome', the spring explosion of color, or the tranquil morning coffee on the private balcony. I stayed in "The Victorian", a lovely corner room on the second story overlooking the lush backyard. Adele introduced me to morning walks through her neighborhood, closeby Orme Park with its secluded woods and stream, fun shops and historic buildings on N. Highland, the local Farmer's Market, and Alon's Bakery and Market (great for picnic items throughout my stay). The Symphony, the High Museum, the Botanical Gardens, and great restaurants were all minutes away by car. Visiting my son was the purpose for my trip, but finding Adele's was an added bonus! I will be back!

Adele's BB was the perfect place to spend my 55th birthday weekend. My best friend had arranged the weekend at the Virginia Highland BB and we were greeted with friendly enthusiasm when we arrived on Friday. Throughout the weekend we enjoyed a very clean and comfortable room, complimentary snacks left in a small basket in our room, a beautiful view of her gardens, and 2 delicious breakfasts. Having lived in the Va/Highland area for the past 35+ years, Adele was very knowledgeable and made great suggestions about local activities and restaurants. Although we have lived in the Atlanta area all our lives, it was so much fun to avoid the large, impersonal hotel experience and become immersed in the local color of the neighborhood. Can't wait to plan another girl's weekend and will definitely contact Adele to help with our plans.

The room is always (yes, we stay there frequently) clean, well appointed, maintained, comfortable, private and convenient. Couldn't ask for a better alternative to the big, impersonal hotels!!!

Very pleasant renovated older home with lots of charm in lovely neighborhood near shops and restaurant. Perfect spot for small gathering of friends, family. Note: We rented 1st floor space for our family reunion-3 bedrooms, bath, kitchen, dining room and living room. We didn't have meal service.
