  • Converted to a high standard, this old granary has many original features, wooden beams and a brick and stone entrance to the bedroom. The kitchenette and lounge area includes a flat screen HDTV and WIFI. Double bedroom, en suite wet room. This old farmhouse has extensive grounds set in fields and woods. Brilliant for a romantic break and nature lovers. Only 16km from Le Mans with its Plantagenet connections and mediaval town and the legendary 24 Le Mans race track.

    A romantic retreat for couples, or a place to chill out. This gite has a double bedroom and kitchenette overlooking the fields and woodlands. The Lodge is sympathetically converted to a high standard. It has high ceilings and large velux windows making it light and airy. It has thick stone walls making it cool in the Summer and warm in the Winter, with many original features exposed. Close to Le Mans with it's plantagenet history, cathedral and quaint old town and also close to the lakes,for swimming from their sandy beaches and fishing etc.

    • Comment venir à la propriété:
      Take the D323 from the centre of Le Mans to Mulsanne, then Teloche. In Teloche you will find a signpost for St Mars D'Outille, by the church, on the roundabout, opposite bread shop. Drive through the village of St Mars on the "Grand Luce" road for just over 3 miles and you come to a crossroad, turn left and we are the second farm entrance on the right.

      Take the A1 (E19) onto A3 (E15). Exit Porte d'italia E15 A6B/A10 to Nantes - Le Mans - Rennes for about 30 miles. Autoroute du Soleil. Transfer to A11 (E50) to Le Mans/Rennes/Nantes. At Le Mans take A28 to Parigne l'Eveque junction 24, onto the D304 at the roundabout towards La Grande Luce, turning off right at the signpost to St Mars/Ecommoy onto the D32. 2 miles + at crossroads turn right and we are second farm entrance on the right. Tours is the closest small airport, only 40 mins. away with flights from Stansted, London. via Ryanair every day.
