    Le Moulin de Lusseau est qu'une famille exécute D'Hote B & B/Chambre à proximité de la ville marché du Chef-Boutonne et la jolie Javarzay Chateau du XVIe siècle. Cette belle et rural moulin à eau est britannique appartenant et offre un hébergement individuel et confortable. Le Poitou Charente est une base idéale pour des vacances relaxantes. À l'Ouest est la côte avec le charmant Port de La Rochelle et les plages de l'Ile de ré. Au nord se trouve la ville animée de Poitiers, avec le parc à thème du Futuroscope. Excursion d'une journée est loin de la vallée de la Loire. Au sud se trouvent les villes de Cognac étonnantes le long du fleuve Charente. Plus au sud est Bordeaux avec sa magnifique architecture et ses vignobles environnantes et autres attractions. Si vous voulez un séjour relaxant ou peut-être vous besoin d'une base tandis que la recherche d'un foyer français de votre propre, venir et nous rendre visite. Nous vous fera très bienvenue. Hébergement disponible est: 1 double, chambre à coucher attenante, 45 € 1 twin, chambre à coucher attenante, 45 € 1 salle familiale (double plus unique), salle de bains, 45 € pour occupation double, 55 € si unique est aussi occupé. Appartement studio : lit double, salle de douche, kitchenette, assis et salle à manger de zones, de 150 euros par semaine. Toutes les chambres doubles ont lits kingsized/5 ft. Un petit déjeuner continental vous sera servi dans notre salle de jardin séparée et bar ou sur la terrasse. Petit déjeuner comprend, croissants, pain frais, avec confitures, fraîchement infusé jus d'orange, de thé et de café.

    You'll want to visit again and again

    We had a wonderful stay at Le Moulin de Lusseau earlier this year. I stayed with my husband and two boys for a week and we all had a thoroughly relaxing and enjoyable stay. Plenty of room for my children to play and not disturb anyone, plenty of lovely places to walk, river to paddle in, close to good local attractions such as Le Vallee des Singes and Futuroscope which was fabulous. I can't speak highly enough about the warm and friendly welcome we received from the owners. Will definitely be returning again soon. Thank you for your hospitality.

    Mill on the Boutonne

    My wife and I stayed at the mill for four days in June 2012. We happened to share our stay with another couple who were house-hunting in the area, so we met at the breakfast table and shared our day's experiences. We enjoyed a good breakfast before we set off for the day. It was very helpful to have the option of an evening meal too. we stayed in the room called Higgledy, with a comfortable bed, clean room and bathroom. We enjoyed the relaxing walks all around the area. We look forward to another visit.

    I had the distinct pleasure of staying at Le Moulin de Lusseau in mid April of 2012. The grounds were lovely and the hosts were very friendly and an absolute delight to visit with. They were helpful in orienting me to the area and the culture and provided excellent recommendations of things to see, places to eat, etc. Breakfast was delicious and generously sized in their tea room. Interestingly, the tea room has a window through which one can see the old water mill. The room I stayed in was spacious and immaculate and the bed was very comfortable. A full-sized adult can freely move around the bedroom, bathroom, and shower stall. I hope to return to the area again and will, without hesitation, stay at Le Moulin de Lusseau. -An Adventuring American

      De Poitiers : Prendre N10 vers Angoulême. Prendre la sortie Sauze Vaussais (D948). Suivez vers Sauze Vaussais, il contourne et allant vers Melle. Rester sur la D948 pour une vingtaine de kilomètres jusqu'à ce que vous venez à la croisée des chemins dans une petite zone appelée Cerizat et prendre la gauche en ce qui concerne chef-boutonne sur la D737. Suivez cette route jusqu'à la fin, il se termine par une jonction T (environ 10 miles/15 kilomètres). À la jonction t tourner à droite sur Brioux Boutonne (loin de chef-Boutonne). Suivez cette route (D740) par le biais de Lussais et puis environ 100 mètres après que vous ayez quitté le village de Lussais, il est un petit tournant sur votre gauche qui se trouve l'entrée du Moulin de Lusseau. Entrer dans une propriété en passant par la porte de la ferme et le porchway. De La Rochelle : Prenez la N11 vers Niort, puis suivez le contournement autour de Niort à Limoges. Depuis le contournement prendre la D740 à Aiffres (et Limoges) et suivez ce pour environ 30 kilomètres jusqu'à ce que vous venez un grand carrefour à droite est balisé Melle et vers la gauche est Brioux. Aller directement au-dessus de la route croisée restant sur le D740 en continuant vers chef-Boutonne. Vous passerez par le biais de plusieurs petits villages comme Luche sur Brioux et Fontenille. En quittant le village de Fontenille, il est un fromage de chèvre petite usine sur votre droite et sur votre gauche une société de transport de camion. Continuer pendant environ 200 mètres, et vous verrez une petite route à droite qui mène à la Moulin de Lusseau. NB si vous entrez dans le village de Lussais, vous avez été trop loin et avez adopté notre tournage.
