Enjoy a 25/30m² floating studio on a typical Parisian houseboat! Have the unique experience to live on a typical Parisian longboat. You cannot be closer from Paris downtown with still nature and quietness around! The studio consist of 3 parts : the alcove bed, the bathroom with shower, and the saloon/kitchen. There is plenty of storage spaces, Internet in the room, a 160cm large bed for two persons with the possibility to set another bed for a third folk. Also you can use the washing machine if you need it. Lazy walkers will enjoy the proximity with the major transport hub with subways, tramways, buses and train lines which goes directly to Paris downtown or to the Versailles Palace. There is no neighbors, no noises, no klaxons, just quietness and a relaxing and peaceful time. What's best than having a drink on the rooftop, watching the Seine running along the trees, after a full day visiting Paris?
The room consist of an alcove bed, the living room and kitchen, and the bathroom. It's a true all wooden piece of work from 1930 ; an authentic ancient accommodation of the bargeman, when the boat was dedicated to commercial purposes. You'll have access to internet and the rooftop. We didn't put any TV there on purpose because it's useless now that internet is there. The windows overlooks the public park just beyond the river. Children and (friendly) animals are welcome.
Paris, France (ORY-Orly) 10 miles
From Charles de Gaulle Airport : Take the B line (RER trains) to Saint-Michel Notre-Dame. Then switch for the C line towards Versailles and stop at Issy Val de Seine. From Orly : Just take the C line towards Paris and stop at Issy Val de Seine. I can eventually pick you at the airport by car if there is a transport strike, you know it's not unusual here in France! :-D

Trying to understand what's going on in this world! Right now I'm working on a documentary about Paris's secret architecture. I also do articles for Nexus magazine. I'm "bike-taximan" from time to time with tourists as well. Beside everything I love sports.
