We engaged the room without breakfast and were pleasantly surprised to find a delicious fruit platter upon our arrival. All of our requests were promptly attended to, and the hostess Catherine was pleasant and friendly. The room was comfortable and well supplied. We certainly hope to stay at Pearson House again when we visit South Miami/Coconut Grove.

Really enjoyed the peace and quiet this private home had to offer-- as opposed to the hustle and bustle of a hotel-- accomodations just as nice... a very "homey" atmosphere and much more reasonable than any hotel in the area-- conveniently close to everything and innkeeper very hospitable! We stayed 5 nights and would do it again in a heartbeat!
