We had such an amazing time staying at the Kenwood Inn! The house and the grounds are beautiful! Pat & everyone at the Kenwood were so friendly and truly made our stay so special! Breakfast every morning was fantastic with many delicious options! The Inn is within walking distance to restaurants and shops and was also family friendly! We were even married at the Kenwood Inn and loved every minute of it! We made so many cherished memories and we cannot wait to return!!!

My wife and I have been coming here for years with a group of retired Air Force officers and their wives that we have shared assignments with for over 20 years This time we came up by ourselves and enjoyed the short vacation just as much. We are always treated like family and everyone bent over backwards to meet our every request. We will definitely keep the Kenwood Inn on our list of favorites.

My husband and I recently stayed at The Kenwood Inn in St. Augustine, Fl. We normally stay in hotels in the area but I wanted to treat him to something special since it was his birthday. The home was delightful. Reminded me of visits to my grandmother's home as a child. Our suite was roomy and welcoming which was recently upgraded. Very clean. The staff were amazingly helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was awesome! We left feeling spoiled and renewed. Thanks so much for your hospitality! I recommend this Inn 100%. Enjoy!

I booked the 3rd floor suite for the weekend of my wedding March 7th, the Bayview Suite. They had mimosas and choco-strawberries in the room, upon arrival! A really nice touch! Its basically your own condo with 2-bedrooms, a bathroom and living area, very private. My wife and I were extremely happy with our stay. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the main attractions. They even have a few bikes that you can use to ride all over town, we took the tandem 2-seater bike out for a ride, so much fun!! We didn't make it to the breakfast each morning, "slept-in"..but we will be sure to take advantage of the food next time we stay here!!

This was our first stay at a "bed & breakfast" and we were not sure of what to expect. All I can say is that our experience at the Kenwood Inn was beyond our expectations. It all started with telephone conversations that I had with Pat before we even got there. Pat took the time to answer all of my questions about dining and things to do around St Augustine every time I called, not making me feel like I was bothering her or taking her away from other things she need to be doing. She was welcoming at the door, making us feel like we've known each other forever. The room was beautiful, clean and comfortable. Our breakfast each morning was out of this world from the coffee, breakfast cocktails, variety of delicious food, conversation with the other guests and Pat's great stories. The Kenwood Inn did not have a hotel feel but a welcome home feel, thanks to Pat, Bashi and the rest of her staff. I cannot wait to go back!
