We love the Kenwood Inn! It is welcoming, clean and friendly. Pat is absolutely wonderful, as are the people who work with her to make the Kenwood Inn an amazing place. The breakfast is spectacular - three courses, buffet, and made with care, everyday. We will continue to come to the Kenwood Inn on our future visits to St. Augustine.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Kenwood Inn. Having access to bikes to get around St Augustine was a real treat. The room was exceptional. Did not expect a three course breakfast. We felt like family. I will recommend to friends and family.

In 1990 we were guests at The Kenwood Inn as newlywed honeymooners. This weekend we returned to the inn to celebrate our 25th silver wedding anniversary ! As luck would have it, the room names hadn't changed in 25 years and we were even able to request to return to "our" room- The Captain's Suite ! Our suite was beautifully appointed and furnished with a stunning antique bed. The inn has been beautifully maintained and updated and now our favorite suite even has a romantic private deck and entrance down to the inn's courtyard. It was the perfect spot for a sharing a perfectly chilled bottle of champagne. Breakfast at the inn is phenomenal and an experience unto itself- the Sunday Eggs Benedict and the Breakfast Sangria were definitely delicious and rare treats! Our innkeeper Pat and her staff were always available to help with our needs, yet never hovering. We also really enjoyed the salt-water swimming pool; especially after a warm day touring St. Augustine. By the time our Monday check-out arrived we were SO relaxed. It was hard to believe that we'd been back at The Kenwood Inn for a mere three days...We can't wait to return to "our" suite on another visit and we definitely won't wait another 25 years.

My boyfriend and I spent the weekend at the Kenwood Inn. We were very spoiled by the extravagant breakfasts served in the courtyard each morning by the koi fish pond! The Kenwood Inn had plenty of room for for each one of the guests. The location was very quiet and tucked away, but had easy access to all of the best spots in St. Augustine. The bed & breakfast owner, Pat, was very helpful in giving us directions and fun ideas for our daily adventures. We recommend the Kenwood Inn for families, couples, and even friends, and we will be visiting again! Thanks for everything, Pat!

We had a very pleasant stay at the Kenwood Inn. The British Colonial is smaller than we expected, but it did provide us access to the second floor porch and the hammocks, which we used each day for relaxing. The morning breakfast was both filling and tasty. It included a fruit dish, a pastry, and an egg item. Wine was served at 5 and the inn is close to many terrific restaurants and historical places of interest. Parking was easy and close. The only negative was the toilet paper was very thin, which just required you to use more.

everybody here was friendly and wanting to do whatever it took to make our stay relaxing and fun. Breakfast was superior and not your typical hotel breakfast. We loved the koi pond, pool patio, our private patio off of our room. Rooms were spacious and clean. You wont be disappointed.

St Augustine far exceeded our expectations. Quaint and upscale and plenty to do. We are already planning our return for the Holiday season and will stay again at the Kenwood inn. The location is great and right in the Old City/ Historic District. Several very nice restaurants within a very short walk. There is a lot for off street parking a very short distance away. For the most part, a car is not needed. The trolley system is great to use if you don't feel like walking or driving. The inn was fabulous and Pat was a great hostess. The 3 course seated breakfast was fantastic. The inn offers a pool and bikes if you desire. The inn is surprisingly larger than you might think and all of the rooms are unique. I recommend looking at each room description carefully and choosing which one will suit you best. If unsure, call Pat and she'll guide you. The room we had was large and had a huge shower. A very nice balcony patio was right out our door. The room, inn, and breakfast could not have been better. When we return, there is no reason for us to stay anywhere else.

We received a gift certificate so we decided to make it a weekend getaway but paying for an extra night was expensive. The room was nice and we had a living area. However the room was a bit crowded with big furniture which made it hard to move about. The room also felt warm. The bedroom was nice and the temperature was nice. You could hear the street traffic but after a while at night it was quiet. The room has a step down and I almost tripped going in the first time so that could be a hazard. The bathroom was nice and modern. The food was very good. The pool area was nice but it only had one pool towel in the bin. The parking was offsite which meant walking and as my husband has to use a cane it was not very comfortable for him. Our room never really got serviced after the first night. They serve wine after 5 pm which is very nice.
