Great location! The best perk was the unexpected dining at the inn. Two nights, two wonderful meals with a very professional and friendly wait staff! Loved it!

Meals were wonderful. Cozy dining and lounge area. Convenient to historic area. Will recommend to our friends and go there ourselves when we return to St. Augustine.

Florida traveller

4,8 sur mars 30, 2015

We were lucky enough to find this place, after a cancellation St. Patrick's Day weekend. The St. George room has been recently renovated, the dinner at the restaurant was outstanding. My daughter and I had a fabulous trip! Location couldn't be better and the service was very professional, but still retained a warm and friendly, atmosphere.

Wedding Weekend in St. Augustine

5 sur mars 25, 2015

We stayed at the Old City House Inn & Restaurant for a wedding in St. Augustine. Everything was wonderful.

The comfort of home, only you're the very special guest!

5 sur mars 12, 2015

Where to begin. Pictures tell the story. My husband and I were looking for a quick getaway in northern Florida. St. Augustine to be exact. Looking on line, as most people seem to do these days, we looked and looked and saw many lovely B&Bs that fit our needs.... But did we really want to just fit our needs? Of course not. Then picture perfect? Oh yes. Tucked away but still in the heart of good food, great shops, and history, we found this gem! Booked it.. Upon arrival we were immediately greeted by our hosts and delivered to our home away from home! And oh, pictures do not lie. The four poster bed, the detail in the furniture, the wood floors brought us back to a different time. Breakfast each morning was delicious and definitely gave us the energy needed to conquer exploring this town. So Bravo to Juan and the staff at The Old City House Inn & Restaurant! We hope to return. Great Stay

4,6 sur mars 12, 2015

I went for a romantic getaway and was really pleasantly surprised. All the rooms appeared to have been recently remodeled and clean. You can tell the owners take pride in the business they run! They were accomedating and were friendly although we appear to be a young couple. I'd recommend this B&B to anyone. It's an amazing spot!

A Jewel in the crown of a great location

4,8 sur mars 10, 2015

The location, hospitality, food quality, and general atmosphere were all more than I expected. It was quiet, convenient, and a great home base for exploring historic St. Augustine all of which was a short walk or door step tram ride away. Their onsite restaurant was first class and the kitchen very responsive to alterations in the menu items to meet the requests of their guests.

I loved my stay..

3,8 sur mars 05, 2015

I loved the informality. I loved the food. I loved the location. And if the weather had been better the garden is wonderful. It was a most enjoyable stay and for those of us who like B&B's it is a great choice with loads of character...Sam the Chef I met is first rate!

Loved our stay!

5 sur février 23, 2015

Stayed four nights (Feb 4-8), Lightner room. Room was very comfortable, inn is within walking distance of major attractions, and the meals were outstanding. We both have dietary restrictions, and for both breakfasts (included) and dinner they worked with us to provide delicious meals we could enjoy. The Lighter room overlooks the street and has a balcony (a nice place to enjoy a glass of wine). There is some noise early morning, but you can listen to trolley tours describing the building and its history. Suggest getting dinner reservations for weekend nights in advance, as the dining room is very popular. As the restaurant closes on weekends, ghost tours visit for drinks and a spiel. Entertaining to listen to as we enjoyed wine on the patio. Will stay here again when returning to St. Augustine!
