    Breakfast is served, sauteed Portabella Mushrooms, Onions, Fresh Mozzarella & Basil topped with Roasted Tomato. Steamed aspargus and fresh for garnish. Breakfast is an experience, guaranteed.
    Homemade Yogurt & Granola with Fresh Ground French Pressed Coffee. This is just for starters and you choose your appetizer and entree.
    When nothing but a cold Corona will do. Brie En Croute, Fresh Fruit and Imported Cheeses. White & Red wines to choose from. Imported Olives and Hummus to finish the cocktail hour.
    Apple Carved birds usually will be apart of our Cheese trays, in your room for a additional fee, purchase a bottle of wine or beer from our wine selection & brewery list.
    Room 1 The Wells offers this huge canopy bed and jetted tub. This suite overlooks the pool & hot tub.
    Room 2 Alden: 1900's original queen bed with a wonderful walk in shower. Fresh new bedding and 600 count Egyptian Cotton Sheets that always makes people late for breakfast!
    Room 3 Oliver our King Size bedroom with an amazing garden view. Perfect for breakfast in bed.
    Room 4 Lara's Room. Indulge yourself in this santuary with Large Walk-In Shower for two and Queen Bed.
    Room 5 Mizell: A King suite with canopy bed and jetted tub. This room is our largest with full couch, wing back chair & new 42 flat screen TV. Free WI-FI, and this room overlooks the pool & spa area.
    Room 6 Wadleigh: This room has new bedding & drapes with original hardwood floors and fireplace. The light purple hue surrounds you with a feeling of fresh lavender to relax the soul.
    Room 6 Willis with a classic victorian canopy bed, large desk for writing or to place your labtop on with a huge bathroom for your pleasure and shower.
    Room 8 Kate's Study is a dream come true of elegance and charm. The 2nd floor view of the magnificant live oaks is just breathtaking. This queen room will exceed your expectations.
    Room 9 Hoyt Room is the orginal master bedroom of Fred Hoyt builder and owner of the Hoyt House. Four poster Queen bed, with large private bath, walk-in closet & dressing room area and soon to be private balcony.
    Room 10 Charles: Original bedroom has huge walk in closet and nice size bathroom. This queen room also features original hardwood floor and fireplace.
    Our 39 ft Silverton Motoryacht is now available for private day cruise, sunset cruises and overnight stays. You will have front row Sunset Seats.
    Huge Salon seating for 10. Have our private chef create a custom breakfast for your overnight stay.
    Enjoy this walk a round queen size berth with private head and separate shower. Cedar closets for storage pocket doors for privacy.

    Honeymoon

    Loved the house and grounds, and the food. Staff is really helpful. Chairs towels and toys are provided for the beech. Close to the beach, walking distance to resturants and shops. Great old house and town, loved the Island history.

    The Perfect Getaway at the most Perfect B&B

    My husband and I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Hoyt House for a friend's wedding. Having never stayed at a B&B before- only hotels- I had my personal reservations. Well, those reservations went to pot the second we arrived! Myrta gave us the grand tour of this charming estate before checking into our room. The grounds were stunning in bloom & the Inn itself simply breathtaking. The old world charm is in every detail- from the turned barley twist furniture to the beautiful original wood accents. After checking into room #4- we indulged in the delicious homemade cookies in our room & then went to the barroom for a glass of wine. At the bar we met Deborah- who was just as friendly & welcoming as Myrta. We felt right at home from the start! After the wedding rehearsal & rehearsal dinner- we retired to bed- & Oh what comfort that was! The sheets & bedding were DIVINE! I haven't slept that well in ages! The next morning, we woke to the most delicious breakfast that would give any 5 star hotel/venue a run for it's money- delicious Banana Pancakes- fresh fruit- bacon,sausage & so much more! The french press coffee was in a league of it's own! Each room also came equipped with a lovely bath line for showering- that was heavenly. I truly can not say enough about this Gem of a B&B! If we ever return to the area, we will absolutely only return to The Hoyt House- no doubt about it! Hoping everyone who visits has the pleasure of staying at this little slice of heaven! Much thanks to both Myrta & Deborah for the best stay we've had anywhere. Blessings!

    Memories to Cherish!

    "Luxury Inn" definitely describes this B&B. From the time you check in with Myrta and Deborah everyone is so accommodating and pleasant you feel just like home immediately. Rooms are immaculate, beds are divine and service very prompt. Breakfasts are homemade to your liking. Nothing like waking up to the aroma of hot cinnamon sticky buns. This definitely is a place to return to for more R&R. Also one must go to David's Restaurant. This should be top of your list for a delicious gourmet romantic fine dining experience one block from this B&B. There just aren't enough words to praise this Inn.

    Heaven on Earth

    This place is amazing. Deborah and Myrta have gone out of their way to make the guest experience one of the best ever. They have thought of everything to make their guests welcome and well cared for. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and tranquil. The breakfasts are amazing with a new and scrumptious choice every day. We stayed in the Master Suite (#9) and it was well appoint and spacious. The pool was well landscaped and heated to the perfect temperature.

    Romantic, relaxing, felt pampered. Location was perfect. Owners were helpful and super nice. Food was delicious. Loved the house, the room, the pub, the porch. We hope to make this a yearly event!!

    Fun stay in Amelia

    We stayed in several B & B's on this vacation and this was our favorite breakfast by far. This was the first time that we ever had a choice of breakfast items, and loved the sticky bun. Myrta & Deborah were fantastic hosts and we loved the private pub (very cool). This was a nice, comfortable place to stay that was convenient and within walking distance to everything.

    The stay was for our 40th wedding anniversary and we could not have chosen a better place. Myrta one of the owners made our stay. She could not have been more helpful with suggestions and making arrangements. The accommodations were beautiful and full of charm. Check out the website.
