    The location of Rosalie House appeals to guests from all over the world Penzance in Penwith being one of Europe's finest holiday destinations. Your hosts can provide a wealth of local knowledge to enable visitors to plan and enjoy their holiday to appreciate the beauty of Cornwall. Accommodation is a variety of twin double and family rooms all furnished and decorated with care located on the first and second floors. Contemporary style bathrooms wireless internet hospitality trays Tv/Dvd/Cd central heating throughout and free on-street parking. Our bright cheerful Breakfast Room located on the ground floor incorporates a seating area in the Bay Window. Smoking is strictly prohibited Pets cannot be accepted with exception to Guide Dogs. Disabled access is available to the front entrance but unfortunaely we cannot offer further assistance. Penzance lies on the shores of Mount's Bay an inspirational setting the largest bay in Britain in the far west of Cornwall with the legendary St. Michael's Mount just offshore. The town provides a lively destination with an annual calendar of festivals and events to suit all needs. Market Jew Street the town's main thoroughfare with its distincitvie granite terrace and the historic Chapel Street where the former home of Maria Branwell the mother of the literary Bronte sisters leads down to the Wharfside and Harbour area. Many buildings reflecting a distinctive Regency style fine structures especially the Market House boasting an iconic dome and statue of Sir Humphry Davy:Famous Son the celebrated scientist who was born nearby. The wonderful open space of the Western Promenade Road that runs from the Jubilee Pool towards Newlyn offers a delightful seaside walk during warm Summer evenings. Morrab Gardens offer a haven of green lawns ponds flowerbeds and exotic sub-tropical species. The coast and countryside around Penzance have provided inspiration for artists writers and musicians for many years

      A30|Road|2|On approaching Penzance at the roundabout just past the Heliport and adjacent to Tesco take the second exit sign posted Lands End/A30 to avoid the town centre. Cross over two more roundabouts on this ring road around the edge of town. At the third roundabout (Mount Misery) take first exit sign posted – Newlyn Art Gallery/Seafront Continue 800 metres until you reach a mini-roundabout turn right (‘Seafront’) into Alexandra Road. We are located on the right hand side before the Rugby Club;
