    Riverdown Bed and Breakfast is situated in the centrally located village of Exton with stunning views over the Exe Estuary within easy reach of Topsham Woodbury Lympstone Exmouth and Exeter. Conveniently located 5 mins from the M5 (J30). Exeter is a mere 15 mins away with its quality shops restaurants wine bars historic city centre pubs quay and much more. Convenient for exploring the nearby stunning Jurassic Coast (a world heritage site) and the picturesque villages of East Devon. The Exe is a haven for migratory birds including Avocet Brent Goose Wigeon and Curlew during the winter and Redshan Lapwings and and Warblers in the summer. Jan and Tim welcome you to Riverdown Bed & Breadkfast and hope that you enjoy your stay. All rooms are newly decorated with their own facilities TV’s and Wifi Broadband.
