    A relaxed and friendly guesthouse where you’ll feel at home. Clean & comfortable single, double, twin and family en-suite rooms, all with tea/coffee making facilities and colour TV's. Situated in the heart of Torbay, in an excellent seaside position, the guest house enjoys a quiet location only a short level stroll from town and the bus or train stations. The harbour, pubs, bars, & restaurants are all nearby. We are close to the pier and other local attractions, including Paignton Zoo, Kents Cavern, Living Coasts, steam trains, ferry trips, Brunel museum, Oldway Mansion, theatres, a multiplex cinema and many more. We are also perfectly located for those interested in fishing trips, bowling, golf (two 18hole courses within 5 miles), coastal & country park walks and water sports. We are truly blessed to live in this stunningly beautiful area, with wonderful panoramic views of heritage coastline to moorland and quaint villages nestled amongst tree clad hills. We look forward to welcoming you to the guest house.

      M5|Road|20|From the M5, follow the A380 into Paignton, you'll come along the ring road. Turn left at the 'Preston Down' roundabout, and go down Preston Down Road. Follow the road right down to the set of traffic lights. Go straight across at the lights, down under the railway bridge and around to the right. Once you have gone across the 1st zebra crossing, Colin Road is the 2nd road on the right. Culverden Hotel is just up on the right. Paignton|Bus|1|Turn left outside the front of the station, turn right down Torbay Road in the direction of the sea, when you reach the sea front turn left and keep walking for about 10mins where you’ll see the Redcliffe Lodge in front of you, continue along the road passing the Redcliffe Hotel on the right hand side, you’ll then see a pedestrian crossing, Colin Road is directly after this on the left, we are just up on the right hand side. Paignton Train Stn|Train|1|Turn right outside the front of the station, turn right again down Torbay Road in the direction of the sea, when you reach the sea front turn left and keep walking for about 10mins where you’ll see the Redcliffe Lodge in front of you, continue along the road passing the Redcliffe Hotel on the right hand side, you’ll then see a pedestrian crossing, Colin Road is directly after this on the left, we are just up on the right hand side.
