    The Brambles is a welcoming and friendly Bed & Breakfast, in a pleasant countryside setting in an acre of ground with a large garden & pleasant views with the sound of wildlife all around, but still within reach of Cambridge Science Park, Cambridge Research Park & Vision Park at Histon, Cambridge Colleges and attractions. Also Ely Cathedral City, main roads i.e.; A14, A10, M11, & A1, rail stations near by Waterbeach 1 mile & Cambridge a short distance approx 5 miles. We also have a large car park which can accommodate a dozen cars or larger vehicles. Dating back to the late 18th Century it was once a farm still having original barn and outbuildings. It has now been tastefully updated but retaining its own character, pleasantly furnished with the guests comfort in mind.

    I have lived in Cambridge all my life and really enjoy helping visitors to enjoy my home city as much as I do, with advice on where to go, what to see and the best places to eat. I have always been and am a keen sportsman and can recommend the best golf courses etc in the area. Close to my home is a 2 mile gentle walk which adjoins a bird sanctuary, which is free to visit.
