    Our 157 year old inn is elegant yet tranquil and informal, featuring rich architectural details. All of our 15 guest rooms have been recently redecorated and are furnished with country antiques and reproductions. Each room has a private bath, desk, cable television, air conditioning and telephone. Free Wireless Internet Access available. View a video of the Homestead Inn at .newmilfordondemad. Our common areas feature two fireplaces, antiques and the original owrk of local artists. Guests are invited to use our large living room, front and back proches, and enjoyr our prenniel gardens; browse through our library and brochures of area attractions in the parlor. Mix friendly conversation with hearty continental breakfast while relaxing in the dining room or front porch of our 1853 Inn overlooking the Village Green. Our breakfast buffet includes fresh fruit, berries, English muffins, muffins, cereals, yogurts, cheeses, jams, fresh ground gourmet coffee, fresh home made waffles and other hot dishes and tea.

      From Danbury follow Routes 7/202 for 13 miles to New Milford. In New Milford, follow 202 East to the right and cross steel bridge (Bridge Street). Go to 3rd traffic light at Village Green. Go left on far side of Village Green (Main Street). Go three bloks to top of Green and trun right (Elm Street). The Inn is on the left, turn left on Treadwell Avenue and left into parking lot behind Inn.
