Our downstairs lobby has a lot of history behind it. We have many world renowned mounts such as the one pictured here. All of our mounts were shot here in the Rio Blanco County by previous owners family members, or were donated to the hotel. Come in and read about our history and take a look at all the beautiful mounts we have.
Our lobby is for everyone to enjoy and come look at our world renowned elk and deer mounts. All have been shot in the Rio Blanco county here in the Northwestern part of Colorado.
Our fourteen custom rooms insure that our guests will enjoy a unique stay every time they visit. Each room is accompanied by their very own bathroom. You don't have to worry about sharing a bathroom like the ol' days.
Our Cafe is open Mon-Sunday 8am-8pm. If you enjoy Western hospitality, a good hardy meal, and friendly people this is the place for you. If your trying to stay on your new year diet we also have several choices for healthy eats.
Our beautiful custom made wood burning stove. Can't go without one of these in the winter time. It really heats up the entire place.

Un invité sait qu'ils sont en quelque chose d'unique au moment de leur marchepied échos hors plancher de bois franc du lobby. Et pour beaucoup d'autres ce sera les trophées de renommée mondiale de la non-typiques wapiti et le cerf mulet L'Hôtel Meeker a ouvert en 1886 dans une ancienne caserne. En 1896, il était temps pour un nouveau bâtiment pour la partie centrale de l'hôtel a été érigé. La structure debout aujourd'hui a été achevée en 1904. Nous sommes très fiers que l'Hôtel Meeker a été en opération depuis plus de 120 ans et nous réjouissons de l'opportunité de partager une partie de l'hospitalité de l'Ouest qui a été une spécialité depuis si longtemps. Donc, si vous êtes intéressé à devenir plus ample connaissance avec un chemin hors des sentiers battus, un morceau de l'histoire que s'il vous plaît prendre le temps de regarder notre site plus --- ou s'y arrêter pour une visite! Nous avons une variété de chambres personnalisées et un excellent restaurant ouvert toute la journée. Nous sommes impatients de partager ce magnifique bâtiment et ses histoires avec vous.

I was fortunate to have found this B&B in Meeker. I stayed for 3 nights and loved it! It takes you back in time 100 years ago in comfort. The service is bar none! I highly recommend booking this hotel!

We had flight delays and were coming in from Denver. We didn't make it to the hotel till 11:30 PM. Blake was kind enough to stay past his 10:00 PM end time to get us checked in. After a long drive, it was MUCH appreciated! He also didn't make us feel bad for making him wait. Loved the ambience of the whole place and food was great!

If you like history you will love the Meeker Hotel. The rooms aren't fancy, but it keeps it's historic character. When in Meeker I woulnd't stay anywhere else.

Discovering this hotel was like finding a gold nugget! If you have grown weary of cookie-cutter motels and enjoy venturing back into a more colorful, slightly wilder past, this hotel is for you. The lobby contains an awe-inspiring collection of mega-fauna taxidermy. (My favorite: a face-off between two porcupines.) Also many photos and documents of historic interest. The reception staff was gracious and helpful. Our room was tastefully painted and decorated. The bathroom was beautifully redone. Everything was spotless. I'm sure the wide-plank floors are original and somewhat creaky, but fun and atmospheric. My whole family would happily come here again. We enjoyed the town of Meeker too. Our stay was like being transported back to a kinder, simpler, quieter past. Thank you!

We stayed at the Meeker Hotel for the Shooter Jennings/Jason Boland/Cody Canada concert. The whole experience was spectacular. the folks at the hotel were beyond wonderful, welcoming and gracious. There were 17 of us so we kind of took over and no one complained. They wre great to put up with us1 Great stay look forward to staying there again!!!!!

Our historic inn is located one block north of Hwy 13 (Market St) as it passes through Meeker. Turn on 6th street, go 1 blk until you reach Main Street. We are immediately across the street from the red stone couthouse in the center of town. Hard to miss! We promise. If you need assistance, 970-878-5255 will be answered until 10 pm without a reservation and later if we are expecting you.
