Si les murs de la Monte-Cristo pourrait parler, Quelles histoires qu'ils pourraient dire, pour ce bâtiment remarquable a été une partie de San Francisco depuis 1875. Lorsque le grand incendie a balayé la ville après le tremblement de terre de 1906, maisons ont été mis à la torche sur l'avenue Van Ness pour créer un pare-feu et 'le salon' a survécu non seulement, il a servi comme un refuge pour les sans-abri nouvellement après le séisme. Sous la nouvelle gestion depuis 2008, ce style européen B & B est pratique pour toute la ville et à la jonction de trois grands cercles, Presidio Heights, Pacific Heights et Laurel Heights. Il est dans l'un des quartiers plus propres à San Francisco avec parking rue abondante. Il est également que deux blocs aux magasins victoriens élégamment restaurées, restaurants notés-Zagat et antiques magasins sur la rue de Sacramento. Il est à une marche distance à magasiner sur les rues de l'Union et Fillmore.

Monte Cristo BnB is nicely situated in a beautiful neighborhood in San Fransisco. The master suite was well layed out, clean, homey, and nicely furnished. My only note of caution is make sure the online price of the room you book matches the price listed in the confirmation email.

I love it so much!!! Feels like home and makes me feel happy... I would come back to San Francisco just to come and stay here again. It's a magical sanctuary where I can escape from the world if I want to. Very highly recommend.

When we arrived we were heartily welcomed and made to feel comfortable. Our room was small, but space was very smartly used. It was clean and felt very good energetically. I was so happy to be on the first floor. This has not often been my experience in other b & b's. Every morning we were offered a generous, homemade breakfast , and we ate in a charming, pleasant atmosphere. The location of the b and b was very convenient for us, and we enjoyed that section of San Francisco. I would be happy to return on another visit.

Staying at the Monte Cristo Bed and Breakfast was a pleasure!! The attention to detail is apparent in every aspect of this B&B. Jack, the owner who greeted us, was very welcoming. The room was beautifully decorated in antique furniture, with the latest bath facilities. Everything was very clean and lovingly taken care of. The breakfast was delicious with a wide choice of fresh and dried fruits and nuts, cereals, yogurts, chocolates, herbal and black teas, and fresh brewed coffee as well as cooked dishes from the kitchen. The location is in a lovely area of SF with easy access to public transportation. It is reasonably priced and we highly recommend it. Terry was the perfect hostess - warm and welcoming. Thank you!!

Our family just completed a wonderful weekend in San Franciso at the Mote Cristo. What a welcome pleasure it was to spend it together at this fabulous B&B. The staff were lovely and helpful, breakfast was generous and tasty, the rooms were comfy and parking nearby was not a huge issue (as it can be horrible to try to park in San Francisco).
