The Lodge at Pine Cove is a 4-room Bed and Breakfast nestled at 6200 feet in the San Jacinto Mountains, just 3 miles north of Idyllwild, and less than two hours from most of Southern California. Guests are delighted with comfortable accommodations and amenities, plus a hearty homemade mountain breakfast. Enjoy our century-old lodge, with parquet wooden floor, vaulted ceiling, the original fieldstone fireplace, spectacular views of Lily Rock and the San Jacinto Mountains, and many quiet decks and patios from which you can listen to the breeze, and watch the squirrels, blue jays, and woodpeckers play in the pines and oaks.

We decided we wanted to getaway last minute and they were actually the only ones to answer their phone. I'm glad they did because we had a wonderful time. It was a little far from the town but that is what we wanted. The owners are very nice and more then happy to help us find anything you need. They have a fireplace all setup and ready so all you have to do is light a match. Breakfast was perfect! They served it at 9 which was great for us late bloomers. They have such great stories and I wish we could have stayed a second night but life must go on. We will keep this place as our first choice for next time. :) Thank you again!! -Mike & Bridget

The innkeeper was wonderful. Very helpful and fun to visit with. Our room was nice than expected when booking the package. It was just a mile or so to Idylwyld.

We stayed 2 nights after arriving late. The Innkeeper was very accommodating and the room was spotless with nice ammenities. We were happiest about the price! I'd highly recommend The Lodge at Pine Cove for a quiet getaway.

We stayed here for two nights in October. The innkeeper was friendly and accommodating, both before and during our stay. Quiet, clean room, nicely decorated. Little fridge and T.V. were nice amenities. Cozy in front of the log fire in the common room. Would stay here again.
