    • Durée minimum: 2 nights most weekends. Some holiday weekends.

    • Arrhes/acompte requis: 1 night deposit

    • Conditions d'annulation: 7 days before start of reservation. 14 days before if reservation falls on a holiday weekend. Deposit will be refunded minus a $25 cancellation fee. If reservation cancelled after cancellation period guest will be liable for the entire amount of reservation.
