"We stayed at the Hideaway for two nights, just to get away to some peace and quiet with our two small children. We stayed in the Chateau cabin, and it was delightful. Everything we needed was in the cabin... such a clean and comfy and cute place to stay. My only advice would be, take a white noise machine if you are a light sleeper, because the air conditioner and refrigerator make noise off and on. They are not loud and didn't bother my kids a bit, but I (the light sleeper in the family) noticed them. The hot tub out on the back porch was so relaxing and romantic for my husband and me. One afternoon it rained, and we sat on the front porch watching the rain, sipping wine, and enjoying good books while our children napped inside the cabin. The Silver Dollar Steakhouse served delicious food in a really great atmosphere, and there was even live music in the cantina after dinner. The kids loved the pool. Traci, one of the owners, is super-sweet and so accommodating. I wasn't around her husband as much, but he seemed nice too. It was the most relaxing weekend we have spent away with our two kids. We loved it, and can't wait to go back as a couple!!"
