APARTMENT Big appartement in very quiet area, Entrance hall, seperate toilet, L sized room with american kitchen, living and green balcony + sleeping area. LOCATION 3 minutes walk from the new major city metro station ("the West Station"). It makes your move very easy: all the metro lines go trough here. It means you can go from here to just anywhere in the city. Want to go back to the apartment? Just take any metro station and it will get you back here, direct. Grand Place is 5 stations aways, Avenue Louise is also 5 stop aways, and Brussels Expo / Atomium is 9 stop away. Additionaly, there's the closeby Delacroix station wich is only 2 stations away from the international train station of Brussels (Brussels South). NEIGHBOURHOOD The neighbourdhood itslef is mainly residential and very quiet. It offers convenient shops and supermarket, as well as few restaurants and small cafés. Very close to downtown and city attractions (15 min walk / 5 min bike / 5 min metro). Even closer to the trendy and stylish neighbourhoods (Kanal and Dansaert). RESIDENCE The industrial residence is brand new. Former industry, the building has been transformed in a hassle free and tasteful residence. Artsy, friendly and multilingual neighbours share this amazing location. The residence includes a huge private and green courtyard.

    Hi everyone! I'm Nicolas and I've been living in Brussels for more than 5 years now and I LOVE it. I lived in several neighborhoods so I know a little bit of everything here. After a master in management, I decided to work in the hotel industry. This is what I've been doing for a few years now. Hotels are a real passion to me.       Go to any metro station and find the direct line going to "DELACROIX" or "GARE DE L'OUEST". Both station are less than 5 min walk from the place. From station "DELACROIX" take the exit "Rue de Birmingham", turn right, the residence is 200 meters after, at 57 Birmingham street. From Station "GARE DE L'OUEST" take the main exit and cross the roads untill "Rue De Bonne" (next to a laundry center). Go down and take second street on the right, after 1 minute you are at 57 Birmingham street. To call my apartment, just use the interface at the main door. Push to arrow up or down until "Nicolas Van Bol" appears on the screen then push the ring button to be put in communication with me. That's it! I'll come and guide you to your apartment!

      Here is the way from the airport to my place: You will land at Brussels airport. When you have collected you luggage you will arrive in the arrival hall. From there simply take the lift down to the train station. You can buy ticket there. A one way trip to Brussels is 5,20 € per person. You dont need to rush as there is three train per hour to Brussels. Your train will stop in a few station within Brussels (Brussels North, Brussels Central, Brussels South). You'll have to get off at "Brussels South". Your journey will last for about 20 minute. Once you're at Brussels south, you're almos there. In the main hall of the station, try to fnd the "M" sign indicating the way to the metro. Take the metro line "6" direction "Roi Baudoin" or line "2" direction "Simonis LEOPOLD 2". There both on the same platform anyway. Then you simply get off two stations after (at "Delacroix"), take the exit "Rue de Birmingham", turn right, the residence is 200 meters after, at 57 Birmingham street.
