I stayed at Oceanus Inn for a week in the Sea Suite. The hosts were very friendly and humorous and their youngest daughter was very musical and played me a piece on the piano. The view is outstanding, the food is pretty good, and its close to UBC and downtown. One of the best things is that they have a bus stop right across the street. I would highly recommend the Sea Suite.

We stayed at the Oceanus Inn April 1/10 in the Sea Suite for two nights and were very pleased with the overall experience! The location is great - within walking distance to Jericho beach, amazing restaurants and shopping in the Kitsilano neighborhood, bus routes nearly right outside the front door and only a $15 cab ride into downtown Vancouver. The room is very private and has outstanding views of English Bay, the mountains and the city skyline. Simply, but tastefully decorated, with a comfortable king-sized bed, a fantastic walk-in shower, deep soaker tub and heated floors in the washroom really added to the luxury of the room. Our hosts were very friendly, gracious and provided a wonderful spread for breakfast each morning. I would definitely recommend staying at the Oceanus Inn; great value and location can't be beat!

Leaving the airport, follow the main road and signs for Vancouver - this will take you north across the Arthur Lang bridge. You will then be on Granville street heading north. Stay on Granville for several kilometers and then turn left onto 12th avenue going west. After a couple kilometers, 12th will turn into 10th; stay on 10th for 1-2 more kilometers until Alma street. Continue driving 2 more blocks up the hill past Alma street and Oceanus Inn Bed and Breakfast will be on your left side.
