    Our Japanese Garden Room has a double bed also 1 single bed with a tv/dvd player and couch. There is a private kitchen and is perfect for a family of 3
    This room has a large window with the evening sun. has air conditioning, tv, this is our granville island room

    My name is Philip, I am a retired flight attendant, server, and bartender. I enjoy cooking and serving guests so much that I decided to open up my own bed and breakfast. My wife, Sabrina will help make your stay enjoyable. We look forward to have you as our guests. Our home is your home.

    Good Value, Great Service

    This is not the nicest B & B in Vancouver, but for the price you can't go wrong. The Innkeeper Philip is very knowledgeable of the area. Additionally, the customer service is fantastic - Philip is accommodating and helpful; He went out of his way to assist us. We traveled without a car and had no problems. Abbot Hills is next to a bus stop and close to the sky train. Overall: would highly recommend to someone looking for an inexpensive get away to the Vancouver area.
