    Prêt pour une escapade romantique ou des vacances à retenir ? Vous le trouverez au front de mer Belle Vue B & B. Imaginez à partir de votre journée avec un délicieux petit-déjeuner servi sur crystal et de la Chine fine. Puis allez plage peignage ou randonnée à travers la forêt, ou simplement se détendre au bord de la mer et profitez de la vue, peut-être alors que dans notre station balnéaire à remous. Soirée fine cuisine est également quelques minutes. Nous offrons des plaisirs d'été abondante incluant golf, randonnée, pêche, kayak, canoë-kayak et observation de la faune. Cette liste n'inclut pas les activités culturelles, des artisans et des festivals. En hiver, le mont Washington sport une moyenne de 200 cm de neige parfaite pour down hill, de ski de fond et de raquette de neige.

    Wonderful experience

    The service was terrific, even to driving to the next town (about 30 km or so) to pick us up after our car was disabled. The property is beautiful and the breakfast was a gourmet experience. We highly recommend the Belle Vue B&B.

    We can thoroughly recommend Belle Vue as a first class B&B, whose name is totally appropriate for the beautiful location, looking out over the lovely gardens (made for relaxing), the beach and the water. We stayed with Walter and Haideh at the start of our trip, in Seth’s room, and then again at the end of the trip, in Pascha’s room. Each room was extremely comfortable and well appointed, each with an excellent bathroom, and fine views out to the water. Walter and Haideh are most friendly and helpful as hosts, and the quality and attention to detail in their breakfasts is rightly remarked on by other visitors.     A Small Slice of Heaven

    Rarely, if ever, have we felt more pampered in a B&B than in Belle Vue in Courtenay. True, it is a ways away from everything (let's get that bit over with right away), but that's only a slight setback at dinnertime and pretty much a huge asset for the other 22 hours in each day. We came to Belle Vue in mid-March 2010 and found the most wonderful surroundings both inside and out, fabulous hospitality and great helpfulness, stunning gourmet breakfasts and much more, including Tip, the dog of the house, who must be the friendliest and best behaved dog from here to Halifax. Haideh and Walter really know how to make one feel wonderful. Belle Vue is a gem and anyone should go out of their way to spend at least one, and preferably several nights there. --Greet & Gerrit from Almere, Netherlands

    Épinards/Mushroom Vol au vent
    Les plats de notre petit déjeuner varient énormément. Nos plus favori est le vol au vent. C'est un méli-mélo d'oeufs aux épinards et champignons, servis dans une coquille de vent au vol (pâte filo) aspergée avec une sauce Hollandaise de chaux/taragon.
