Hilltop Manor's Sycamore Suite - This is our newest suite and a perfect place for romance. Sink into the corner Jacuzzi tub with adjustable chandelier overhead and fireplace in which to gaze. The bistro table looks out to a lovely patio and the side yard. There is also a shower in the bathroom with a few body jets to relax your muscles and rejuvenate your spirit. We haven't even mentioned the comfortable, king sized bed the perfect place to enjoy a movie on the 40" flat screen television with dvd player or cuddle with your sweetie. An elegantly plated breakfast is served each morning in the suite, front porch overlooking the waterfall or dining room with antique lighting; whichever you choose.

Hilltop Manor built in 1890 in the craftsman style & restored to classic elegance in 2005. We are a Select Registry Inn. When you stay at Hilltop Manor you will experience palatable delights such as triple berries soaked in Muscat wine over a French vanilla cream, sausage apple quiche, banana walnut waffles and homemade coffee cake or bread. Catch the breeze on the expansive front porch which overlooks the waterfall and grove of Magnolia trees in the front yard. Relax in the dining room with a sitting area in front of the fireplace in the cooler months, snack is served here at 4PM each day. Five unique suites all with private baths, most with Jacuzzi tubs and or fireplaces, most with king size bed and flat screen television, as well as, a sitting area and breakfast table are available for your relaxation. Amenities include decadent 1000 thread count sheets, lush towels, fluffy robes and comforters, hardwood and/or ceramic floors, closet, air conditioning, hairdryer, iron/board, cable television, DVD player, IPOD docking station and complimentary WIFI. My husband and I stayed here for an anniversary vacation and it was wonderful. The room was beautiful, the view was amazing, and the food was heavenly. We had never stayed at a Bed and Breakfast before but we had a wonderful experience. They have a beautiful porch that you can eat breakfast on. They have an afternoon snack break with your choice of wine. They also have a DVD library and a nice fireplace. I would recommend this B&B to anyone and everyone.

This is the best place in Hot Springs for a romantic getaway. Jennifer and Joanna took care of everything we needed for our private wedding. The food was wonderful and we loved staying in the Oak Suite. The grounds were lovely and it was very peaceful. We will definitely be going back for our anniversary!

My wife and I had an extended stayed for our wedding anniversary. I must say they really out did themselves. They paid attention to the small things most people overlook. Although, not necessary, at the end of our stay we included a tip to show our appreciation to all the staff there and coming from me ... a tight wad... that is something to be said.

We enjoyed our recent stay at Hilltop Manor. Jennifer and JoAnna are very personable and knowledgeable about the area. The Rose suite was great and we were very comfortable. Fantastic breakfasts and cozy happy hour.

This is charming main level room was once part of the covered front porch. Wake from a peaceful nights sleep in the queen sized bed with 1,000 thread count sheets and assorted pillows. The oversized ceramic shower has a no barrier entrance, as well as, hand-held and rainmaker shower heads to create a relaxing experience. Put on a fluffy robe and enjoy the views out your windows which keep the suite bright and overlook the front yard with mature magnolias and a three tiered waterfall. Magnolia offers a large flat screen television, & its own thermostat & complimentary WIFI. Handicap accessible.

Conditions d'annulation: Deposit will be refunded (less the $25 cancellation fee) if you cancel at least 14 days in advance of your first nights stay. There is a $25. service fee for all cancellations. If you cancel with less then 14 days notice of your first nights stay and we do rebook all or a portion of your stay you will be required to pay the entire amount of your stay. However, we will issue you a gift certificate for the dollar value of the nights we were able to rebook. If the cancellation is made less then 14 days prior to the first nights stay and we are unable to rebook the room you are responsible for the cost of the entire stay. This does apply even if the reservation is made less then 14 days prior to the first nights stay.

The Hilltop Manor provided the "Trifecta" experience of great accomodation, great service/hosting, and great food. My wife and I were also celebrating our"Trifecta" events of a birthday, Valentines Day and our Anniversary with our trip. If we could five more than 5 stars we would across the board. Our visit was for 4 nights over Valentines Day and Jennifer nad Joanna help plan our activities including the Oaklawn racetrack on Valentines Day where by the way we won a Trifecta....The Hilltop Manor is a win win win Bed & Breakfast and reinforced our trust in the "Select Registry" Bed & Breakfasts across the country....you can't lose with them.

Polite friendly staff. Architecture/grounds and renovation beautiful. Lovely to have fireplace in room. But steady room temp difficult. Breakfast tasted wonderful. service and room lacking in comfort/convenience details that make a room worth the price. No counter area in sink area. Had to get out of bed to turn off bedside light. No hand held shower head. No butter served with breakfast. No real cream served with breakfast/ just the little packaged creamers. No front desk, can be a plus or a negative, no in room phones either so not sure how to contact for service or questions. Use the business number from own cell I guess. Afternoon snacks not on level described on web. Chocolate chip cookies best I have ever eaten.

Dear Guest, Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry that your room did not meet your expectations and we will take your concerns into consideration and fix what we can. I do wish that you would have let us known that you would have liked some butter and real creamer as we would have been happy to get those items for you. I also apologize if you were not told how to get ahold of us in the event that you needed us. We do live on property and the phone number to the inn is automatically transferred to my cell phone in the event we do not answer the main line. There is also a phone on the staircase for our guests to use for local calls. My husband and I chose Hilltop Manor for our 35th wedding anniversary in November. It turned out to be a great decision. The weather was delightful for a walk on the grounds. The house was decorated for Christmas just to gently turn our thoughts that way. Our room was great and the food was splendid. I hope we can make a return visit next year.

My wife and I had a delightful stay in the Oak Room at Hilltop Manor. It is a wonderful B&B. Very clean and well-preserved. The proprietors made a delicious breakfast as well - above and beyond.
