Mon Ami was the perfect place for our 5-night stay. The house is located on a quiet street only two blocks from East Broadway Boulevard, where a mall, Starbucks and several restaurants are located. After a day of sightseeing we walked to Starbucks for coffee, and then relaxed with our coffees back at Mon Ami in the large sunny patio area. Our room was the very spacious La Vie en Rose room. Besides the comfortable king size bed, the room was furnished with a couch, and two chairs facing the fireplace. The room lighting was very good. The large ensuite bathroom had plenty of counter space, good lighting, and a large mirror. There was a coffeepot and the small under counter refrigerator stocked with water bottles and even a couple of cans of V-8! The reasons we like staying in a B and B are the breakfasts and being able to learn about the area from the owner. Pat’s breakfasts were FABULOUS, and each day’s menu was different. During these marvelous breakfasts we enjoyed visiting with Pat, who is a great conversationalist, with a good sense of humor. She gave us lots of information about the area, including good places to eat. All in all, our stay was quite enjoyable, and if we ever are in Tucson again, we will stay at Mon Ami!

My husband and I spent 3 glorious nights at Mon Ami. The food was fabulous, the room was very comfortable and the overall atmosphere was warm and friendly. It is very centrally located so you can get anywhere within minutes but you would never know you were in the center of town. It was fun in the evening seeing the bunnies in the front yard. I would recommend it to anyone who is going to be in the Tucson area I am sure we will be back again and again.

I recently stayed two nights at Mon Ami in the French Country Suite. I chose Mon Ami for the location to school and I was quite impressed with my room and sitting area. I had my own private entrance and each morning I was presented with the most delicious breakfast. I didn't want to go home! Pat was the perfect hostess and I highly recommend Mon Ami to anyone wanting to get away and enjoy such a special place. Angie - Casa Grande, AZ

We stayed at the Mon Ami on January 6, 2011, the night after our flight to Tucson, before we drove further to southeast Arizona's sky islands for hiking and birding. We stayed in the cottage and it was very comfortable, clean, and quiet, and had wifi and TV and a kitchen. The location is close to the center of Tucson and convenient for dining, shopping, or visiting University of Arizona. Our hostess, Pat Sparks, was very friendly, hospitable, and intellectual. She teaches nutrition at the U of A and cooked a wonderful breakfast to accommodate our gluten-free needs and our schedule.

La Suite La Vie En Rose est une salle accueillante avec une zone de conversation en se concentrant sur le foyer de la brique et cheminée. Il possède également un lit King-sized (qui peut être converti en deux jumeaux) avec salle de bain adjacente. Il y a une télévision avec magnétoscope sur DVD, de téléphone, de livres et de cassettes vidéo. Notre petite taille vous assure le montant maximum de la vie privée. Étape en dehors de la La Vie En Rose Suite à un patio fermé adjacent pour le Jacuzzi.

Avec un lit queen, off-the-wall lit de taille réelle et un futon, il peut facilement accueillir une famille. My mother and I visited for a fitness conference. We booked months in advance. When I first called, I expressed excitement over the jacuzzi, only to be told it was not in working order. Disheartened, I still made the reservation because of the private location, garden, pool, and friendly demeanor of Pat. As a side note, we were given the preferred rate, even though our stay was the last night of the off season and the first two nights of the winter season. That was enough of an insentive to solidify our decision, despite the many B&Bs in the area. Not too long after the initial call, I received an email stating the jacuzzi was restored to working order and would be ready for our visit. This pleased us quite a bit, as we hoped to go from working out all day to relaxing in the warmth of the jetted water. Once we arrived, every detail was covered. Breakfast was beyond our imaginations; my mother ate asparagus AND LIKED IT! Cleanliness and comfort ruled our shared room. The huge bed was extremely blissful and the high-quality fold-out sofa in the sitting room also provided a good night's sleep. We were sad to leave this lovely establishment and hospitality therein. We felt it was a wonderful value and plan to return, should be we seek temporary lodging anywhere near Tucson, AZ.

Mon Ami was one of my best B&B experiences ever. The location is central, but private. The room was lovely with a modern bathroom and cosy gas fireplace. And the breakfasts, served by our host Pat on elegant china, were beyond surperb. We stayed a week and enjoyed delicious free trade coffee and a different gourmet breakfast every day - with muffins or sweet breads to go! I would highly recommend it to anyone planning to visit Tucson.

We chose Mon Ami based largely on its location. We were attending a family reunion and wanted to be close to the family. We were pleasantly surprised at what a beautiful place we were in and how pleasant our hostess, Pat Sparks was. We discovered that Pat, who is now on the faculty of the University in the food department had run a French restaurant for many years. The breakfasts, of course, were both imaginative and delightful. Pat herself is a charming witty and very pleasant person. The family decided to hire her to cater a meal for our family meeting and it was truly a pleasure. We would certainly return to Mon Ami and recommend it to others.

My husband and I just just spent four nights at Mon Ami in Tucson, and we couldn't have been happier. The room (la vie en rose suite) was lovely, as was the patio where we hung out on mild evenings. Proprietor/hostess Pat Sparks was extremely personable, helpful and knowledgeable, and her breakfasts were simply fantastic! This B&B is located in a quiet part of town -- very restful. The rates were also quite reasonable in comparison to others we considered. We would definitely stay at Mon Ami on another trip to Tucson and would warmly recommend it to friends.

Prendre l'I-10 est à Tucson. Sortir à Orange Grove Road. (Immédiatement après tournant sur Orange Grove obtenir dans la voie de droite). Au deuxième feu, tourner à droite. Vous serez désormais sur le chemin de la rivière. Continuer sur le chemin de la rivière, par le biais de l'intersection avec Campbell Ave. Au deuxième feu après l'intersection de Campbell, de rester sur le chemin de la rivière, vous devez faire tourner une main gauche. Ne pas le faire. Continuer à passer avant/droite par cette lumière. Vous êtes maintenant sur la voie de Alvernon. Continuer sur la voie de Alvernon jusqu'à ce qu'il intersecte la 5ème rue. (Boulevard Speedway est l'intersection majeure juste avant le 5e et une fois que vous transmettez cette rue, vous souhaitez entrer dans la voie de gauche). Tourner à gauche sur la rue de la cinquième, environ 3 formé de procéder (l'intersection principale avant que vous devrez faire tourner une main droite est 5e et Craycroft une fois que vous transmettez à Craycroft, il est une école à droite sur (0,5 mille de l'intersection) – Sewell élémentaire. À la frontière orientale de l'école ou de la main droite possible troisième tourner, tourner à droite sur à Sahuara Ave. Cette rue extrémités mortes sur le lecteur de Mon Ami B et B à 5902 est 9ème St. C'est la maison vers la droite, vous êtes assis à Sahuara et 9 rue. Brique rouge avec garnitures blanches.

Quitter l'aéroport allant vers le Nord sur Tucson boul. pour environ 0,7 mi. Tourner à droite sur la route de Valence et de procéder est d'environ 1,4 mi. Tourner à gauche au chemin Alvernon et continuer le Nord pour environ 3,1 mi. À ce stade, continuer sur la même route/rue qui devient Golf Links Road et continuez sur un autre formé de 2,8 (signe indique que vous devez quitter cette route à rester sur Alvernon. Vous ne souhaitez pas quitter.) Tourner à gauche sur Craycroft Road et continuez environ 2,0 formé (ce sera la deuxième feu après la route devient Golf Links) tourner à droite sur le boulevard Broadway et de procéder est d'environ.3 milles.
