    • Durée minimum: 2 night min for the Coyote Suite at all times and for all rooms February/March

    • Arrhes/acompte requis: Confirmation deposit equal to one night or one third of estimated stay, whichever is greater.

    • Conditions d'annulation: Should it become necessary to cancel a reservation, guests must provide written notice a minimum of 72 hours prior to check-in date to receive a refund, less $20 administration charge. For cancellations with shorter notice, deposit funds will first be applied to cover any night(s) of the reserved stay for which the room is not subsequently occupied and any balance refunded thereafter.

    • Comment venir à la propriété:
      From Phoenix Direction: Exit at Speedway Boulevard (Exit 257) turning left at the light to head East on Speedway. You will continue straight on for about 14 miles until Speedway becomes a single lane in each direction and you reach Houghton Road. Turn left onto Houghton and proceed North for about 1 mile to the next light at Tanque Verde Road. Turn left at Tanque Verde and after about 0.25 miles turn right onto Tomahawk Trail. Proceed North on Tomahawk for 0.7 miles. We are on the left side. Look for our number, 2955, on a short green post next to metal sign reading “Indian Hill”. It is a long gravel driveway (150 yards) and you will pass through an open gate on the way. Pull up to the large green gate which is the entry to the front garden.

      Leaving the airport, turn right (East) onto Valencia Road. Follow Valencia for 10 miles until it ends at Houghton Road. Turn left onto Houghton and drive North for 9 miles until you reach Tanque Verde Road. Turn left (West) onto Tanque Verde then after 0.2 miles take the first right onto Tomahawk Trail. Drive North on Tomahawk about 0.7 miles to No. 2955, our driveway is on the left. It is a long gravel driveway (150 yards) and you will pass through an open gate on the way up. Pull up to the large green gate which is the entry to the front garden.
