"We and another couple stayed at the Stoneridge. What a pleasant surprise! The rooms were lovely; the host/hostess/owners were sweet and gave us a wonderful recommendation for a local restaurant. Beds were very comfortable and baths were updated nicely but kept with the traditional decor. I stayed up late and found the game room with the TV to be in an area where I didn't disturb any of the others. The breakfast was a real treat - personally prepared by the son/chef/co-owner - WOW! Delicious. One of our party is on a gluten-free diet and had a special dish prepared for her. Outstanding service. It was fun learning the history of the property and seeing the photos of how it has changed. We hated to leave but had a planned itinerary. We will be back in a warmer season to enjoy the outdoors, watch the sunsets, and reconnect with our the owners. I will highly recommend the Stoneride to all our friends traveling in the Lexington area."
