"On our recent stay we brought friends who had never stayed at a B&B before - it was a wonderful experience for all of us; our rooms were perfect. Brian, Tessa, and Lee were so accomodating and gracious throughout our stay. The Brickhouse Inn is an immaculate, historic, and guest friendly inn right in the heart of downtown Gettysburg. So many rooms to choose from - we have stayed in 3 different rooms so far and plan to visit again next year - it's hard to pick a favorite - we like them all! The rear gardens are serene and welcoming, right down to the resident frog in the pond - a perfect place to spend a little quiet time in the evening after a busy day on the battlefield. Breakfasts are good and pentiful and a fine way to meet fellow travellers with similar interests; Brian and Tessa made a point of visiting with their guests at breakfast and were so helpful in providing information on places to eat, places to visit, etc - they are a wealth of information. Thank you Brian, Tessa, Lee and the rest of your staff for your gracious hospitality and attention to detail which assured us of a pleasant, relaxing stay. "
