ravioli alla salsa di noci: Main Dish

Ingredients:

  1 cup ravioli, walnuts, olive oil, garlic, parmesan cheese, milk

Step 1:

boil the ravioli in water

Step 2:

mix in the blender 1/2 cup of walnut, 1/2 glass of olive oil, 3 tablespoon of parmesan cheese, 2 cloves of garlic, 1/2 glass of milk, 1 tablespoon of bread crumb, salt

Step 3:

blend 3 minutes or until the sauce is very smooth

Step 4:

pour the sauce over cooked ravioli
