Bananas Foster Topping: Sauce
1/4 cup Butter
1 cup Brown Sugar
1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
1/4 cup Banana Liqueur
1/4 cup Dark Rum
Combine the butter, sugar & cinnamon in a skillet and place the pan over low heat and cook until the sugar dissolves.
Stir in the banana liqueur and place the bananas in the pan.
Let the bananas soften and begin to brown. When the bananas a browned add the rum and cook until the rum is hot.
*Use caution* - Tip the pan toward the flame on a gas stove until the rum ignites to burn off any excess alcohol.
When the flames subside scoop the bananas out of the pan and use them as a topping on your choice of pancakes, waffles, french toast, Swedish pancakes or eat as a dessert over ice cream
