  1. Mix the following: 1 1/2 cups rolled oats 1/2 cup of each of the following: - sliced almonds - broken walnut meats - chopped pecans - sesame seeds - wheat germ - shredded coconut - unsalted raw sunflower seeds
  2. Mix well with: 1/2 cup sunflower oil 1/2 cup honey Spread out onto two large cookie sheets and bake in 350F oven for 10 minutes or until golden brown stirring twice during baking.
  3. When fully cool, stir in 1/2 cup of each of the following (and, you can choose your 3 dried fruits): - dried cranberries - raisins - currents
  4. Store in air tight container and serve with fresh fruit and plain, organic yoghurt. Enjoy! Subsitute dried fruit with additional nuts added before baking (macadamia, cashews etc.)
