  • 1/2 kg lamb meat
  • 6 clove red chillies whole
  • 4 tablespoons ghee (clarified butter)
  • 1 teaspoon salt

  1. heat the ghee in a pan
  2. add meat and fry the meat in the ghee for 5 minutes add the salt. a little later all six red chilly sticks keep frying the meat.
  3. add water boil the meat till its tender in around 40 mins.
  4. dry the water by heating the pan.
  5. ready to eat serve with bread. caution very spicy!!
