Ginger Snaps: Dessert

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Molasses

  • 4 eggs

  • 3 cups Butter

  • 4 cups sugar

  • 8 cups flour

  • 2 Table spoons baking soda

  • 1 Tablespoon cinnamon

  • 1 Tablespoon ground cloves

  • 1 Tablespoon ginger

  • 2 teaspoons salt

Step 1:

Blend these ingredients together: 1 cup Molasses 4 eggs 3 cups Butter 4 cups sugar

Step 2:

Then Add: 8 cups flour 2 Table spoons baking soda 1 Tablespoon cinnamon 1 Tablespoon ground cloves 1 Tablespoon ginger 2 teaspoons salt

Step 3:

After mixed together, roll into balls and roll balls into sugar. Bake in a 350¿ oven for 15-20 min. You can sprinkle a little sugar on the warm cookies when done if you want. Note: These cookies freeze great! We love to pull them out whenever we are in the mood for a treat!!
