30 ounce cottage chease
1 pinch red pepper, salt pepper, cumin
10 ounce sour cream
Cut the onion into small pieces. The cheese was triturated in a red pepper (you have enough of the pepper, if the cream turns orange), add salt and pepper, then add the onions and cumin seeds.
