Peach French Toast: Breakfast-Brunch

Ingredients:

  • 1 CUP PACKED BROWN SUGAR

  • ½ CUP BUTTER/MARGARINE

  • 2 TBS OF WATER

  • 1 29 0Z. CAN OF SLICED PEACHES- DRAINED

  • FRENCH BREAD CUT DIAGONALLY –CUT ENDS OFF

  • 6 Large EGGS

  • 1 ½ CUPS MILK

  • 1 TBS VANILLA

  • GROUND CINAMON

Step 1:

STEP 1: IN SAUCEPAN BRING BROWN SUGAR & BUTTER AND WATER TO A SLOW BOIL REDUCE TO SIMMER FOR 10 MIN. STIRRING FREQUENTLY USE 13X9 GREASED DISH POUR SAUCE IN DISH –THEN POUR DRAINED/SLICED PEACHES OVER SPREAD EVENLY THEN ARRANGE BREAD OVER THE PEACHES

Step 2:

IN A BOWL WHISK EGGS & MILK & VANILLA TOGETHER SLOWLY POUR OVER BREAD AND EVENLY COAT THE BREAD

Step 3:

THEN PUT FOIL OVER IT. REFRIGERATE OVER NIGHT

Step 4:

REMOVE NEXT MORNING WOULD TRY TO REMOVE AND LET SIT OUT FOR ABOUT 20- 30 MINUTES BEFORE PUTTING IN OVEN SPRINKLE A HINT OF CINNAMON OVER COVER BACK WITH FOIL COOK FOR 20-35 MIN at 350

Step 5:

THEN UNCOVER AND FLIP AROUND AND COOK FOR ANOTHER 20-25 MINUTES UNCOVERED
