Ingredients:
1 cup sugar

1 cup brown sugar

1 cup butter

2 eggs

2 cups flour

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 teaspoon baking soda

3 cups quick oats

2 cups dried apricots, chopped
Step 1:
In a medium bowl, mix wet ingredients together. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients. Drop by teaspoon onto baking sheet. Bake at 350 ºF for 15 to 20 minutes.
