Chocolate Cake Pan Cake

Ingrédients

  • 1 1/2 cup Unbleached white flour
  • 1 cup Natural Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Cocoa Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon White Vinegar
  • 1/3 cup Canola Oil
  • 1 cup Cold Water, Cold Coffee, Soy Milk, Rice Milk - your choice

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray an 8 or 9 inch cake pan
  2. Measure all the dry ingredients directly into the pan and blend thoroughly with a fork.
  3. Scoop out 3 holes in the dry ingredients. Add vanilla to the 1st, vinegar to the 2nd and oil to the 3rd.
  4. Pour the cold liquid over it all and mix thoroughly with a fork. Bake 35-40 minutes. ENJOY.
