Ingredients:

  2 cups Brown Sugar

• 

  1 cup Shortening

• 

  2 Eggs

• 

  1 cup Coconut

• 

  2 cups Oatmeal

• 

  2 cups Flour

• 

  1 teaspoon Baking Soda

• 

  1 teaspoon Vanilla

Step 1:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2:

Cream sugar and shrtening together.

Step 3:

Beat in eggs and vanilla.

Step 4:

Add dry ingredients.

Step 5:

Pat in little flat balls on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 10 min. or until they are lightly browned.
