Cheese Grits: Breakfast-Brunch

Ingredients:

  • 5 cups Salted Water

  • 1 cup Hormniy Grits

  • pepper

  • 3 tablespoons butter

  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese

  • 2 clove chopped garlic

Step 1:

bring water to boil salted to taste

Step 2:

stir in grits, bring to boil simmer 15 mins. covered frequently stirring

Step 3:

meanwhile sautee garlic in butter

Step 4:

finally add cheese, pepper, and garlic butter return cover, continue to cook 5 mins.

Step 5:

Remove from flame add to a casserole serve
