Minnie Palmer's Salad: Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 can White corn

  • 1 can French green beans

  • 1 can Tiny spring peas

  • 1 cup Celery, chopped

  • 1 cup onion, diced

  • 1 cup Green pepper, chopped

  • 1 cup Sugar

  • 3/4 cup Vinegar

  • 1/2 cup Oil

  • 1 tablespoon Salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper

Step 1:

In a saucepan, combine the sugar, vinegar, oil, water and spices. Boil intil thickened. Pour over vegetables, chill and serve.
