Pea Soup: Soup

Prep time:1/2 hour

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Peas, fresh or frozen

  • 1 Potato

  • 1 Celery, diced

  • 1 Carrot, diced

  • onion, diced

Step 1:

Boil/bake potato and cut into pieces. Put peas in blender with 1-1/2 C. BOILING water. Liquify. Add potato. carrot, celery. Blend to desired thickness. Add water, if needed.

Step 2:

Pan fry onion in butter. Add to soup. Season to taste.

Step 3:

Add diced ham. Serve with croutons.
