Blueberry Scones: Bread

Ingredients:

• 

  2 cup All Purpose Flour

• 

  3 tablespoons Sugar

• 

  2 teaspoons Baking Powder

• 

  2 teaspoons Grated Orange Peel

• 

  1 teaspoon Salt

• 

  1/4 teaspoon Baking Soda

• 

  1/2 cup Fresh or Frozen Blueberries

• 

  1/4 teaspoon Cloves

• 

  1/4 cup Butter (Shaved)

• 

  1/2 cup Buttermilk

• 

  1/4 cup Orange Juice

Step 1:

Mix all ingredients; turn out onto floured board; knead ten times; pat into 8” circle; cut into 8-12 wedges;

Step 2:

Place on baking sheet coated with cooking spray;

Step 3:

Bake 10-12 minutes or until golden brown at 425 degrees.
