2 Fresh Eggs
1 tablespoon Cream (1/2 & 1/2)
1 teaspoon Butter
Preheat omelette pan to low temperature. Each stove will vary but try and have your pan warm enough to cook eggs but not discolor/brown.
Crack eggs into bowl or blender. Add cream and mix well/blend.
Place butter into omelette pan and allow to melt. Tilt pan so it is coated with butter. Pour egg mixture into pan. Let mixture cook so bottom sets up. Once this has occurred lift edge of omelette and allow uncooked eggs to flow below cooked egg.
Once all liquid egg has setup/cooked flip omelette so that the top is now in contact with the pan and cooks.
Remove omelette from pan, placing onto a plate,and fill with ingredients of your choice. Fold omelette and serve.
