Roasted Garlic Cream Cheese

  • 1 cup Cream Cheese
  • 1 Whole Head Fresh Garlic

  1. Preheat oven to 375F
  2. Chop top off head of garlic so that the tops of the cloves are exposed. Place garlic on a sheet of tin foil large enough to wrap head in
  3. Drizzle top of head of garlic with olive oil. Wrap head in foil. Bake in oven for 60-90 mins until soft. Remove from oven and let cool.
  4. Place softened cream cheese in a bowl. Unwrap garlic and squeeze head so that cooked garlic emerges from the skin and falls into cream cheese
  5. Blend cream cheese and roasted garlic together well. Refrigerate for 1-24 hrs so that flavors have time to meld. Use within 1 week.
