Place eggs and oil in blender; blend until emulsion forms.
Add white and brown sugar; blend until fully incorporated (about 3 minutes).
Add pumpkin puree; blend until fully incorporated (about 3 minutes).
Mix together flour, salt, cinnamon, cloves, ginger, pepper, nutmeg, and baking soda. Sift all ingredients together.
Add 1/3 of the water; add 1/3 of the flour mixture. Repeat until all are completely mixed together
Spray loaf pan with pan spray, then dust with flour.
Place batter in pan.
Cook in 325° oven for 30 minutes. Check and rotate pan.
Continue cooking for another 30 minutes; check and rotate.
The bread is done when it appears to be light brown in color and you can insert a toothpick to the center and it comes out clean.
Remove from pan immediately, and place on cooling rack.
