Lazy T Ganola

Ingrédients

  • 3 cups old-fashioned oats
  • 1 cup slivered almonds
  • 1/2 cup coconut (optional)
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup canola oil
  • 1 cup dried cranberries (or any dried fruit)
  • 1/2 cup dried banana chips (optional)

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Stir together oats, almonds, coconut, honey and oil in a large bowl. Hint: put oil in measuring cup and then add honey. It will pour out easily.
  2. Spread in baking pan and bake until oats are golden. (about 20-25 minutes) Stir every 10 minutes to prevent sticking.
  3. Remove from oven, let cool, then stir in cranberries and banana chips. Store in airtight container.
  4. Good for breakfast or as a snack just to munch on. Enjoy!
