Bradford House Special: Dessert

Ingredients:

• 

  Large can Fruit Cocktail

• 

  1 egg

• 

  1 cup Sugar

• 

  1 teaspoon Baking Soda

• 

  1 1/2 cups Flour

• 

  add to top after in pan

• 

  2/3 cup Brown sugar

• 

  2/3 cup walnuts --chopped

Step 1:

Stir all together and put in greased baking pan

Step 2:

Top with chopped walnuts and sprinkle a good amount of brown sugar on top

Step 3:

Bake at 325 degrees forty to forty five minutes or until firm to touch

Step 4:

Serve warm with vanilla ice-cream

Step 5:

Sometimes I add Frangelelico or brandy over the cake before the ice cream yum-yum
