Cheddar Egg Bake: Breakfast-Brunch

Ingredients:

  6 Eggs

• 

  1 cup Grated Cheddar Cheese

• 

  1/2 cup Milk

• 

  2 tablespoons Soft Margarine

• 

  1/2 teaspoon Salt

• 

  1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper

• 

  1 can Chopped Green Chiles

Step 1:

Mix Well

Step 2:

Pour into an 8x8 ungreased pan

Step 3:

Bake at 325 F for 25-30 mins

Step 4:

Garnish with Sour Cream, Salsa and/or Guacamole
